I’m Zuriel Gibson, founder of Blue Wings 4 Hire. I started this company because I saw a gap — young adults with Autism were aging out of school programs but weren’t getting the right kind of guidance to truly live on their own.
Blue Wings 4 Hire was born to bridge that gap — to guide, uplift, and empower individuals and families through every stage of the independence journey.
Today, our services have grown to include housing, life coaching, case management, chronic care, and personalized medication support — all rooted in the same belief: every person, every ability, every dream matters.
